Demonstrate an understanding of the educator's role in observing & planning for young children's literacy & numeracy learning & development, through offering a careful interpretation & analysis of children’s early literacy/numeracy skills & interests

Refer to LO 3.2- To demonstrate this leaning outcome I have mentioned an experience of when I was working with and observing a child and noticed they were struggling with something, so you used one of their interests to teach them a concept and aid their learning.
